Updating service functionality

We have been asked for a long time and we finally made a large-scale update of the site, and so what was done:
- Moved to a more powerful server
- Added support for registration and personal account for the user
- It is now possible to make returns for low-quality goods to the user’s balance
- It is now possible to pre-order accounts (notification of availability in the store)
- The site has become faster and more reliable
- We plan to do a lot more and expand the functionality of the site.
Important: during site testing, errors may appear; please report them to the site administrator.
