Fixed errors in the service

- The BLOG section has been improved, now you can search for articles by keywords. Previously, you just had to search for the desired article on the page. We also added a calculation of the minimum number of accounts to order (in pre-order), previously you had to guess the minimum number.
- Added deletion of existing pre-order.
- Added similar articles in the blog section at the bottom of each article (for your convenience).
